How has Covid-19 affected this?

 Our customer service, emails, phone calls and online sales are available full time. Our office is available by appointment.  We have extended all valid gift vouchers another 12 months free of charge for everyone. We are forecasting to resume experiences in July once it is safe for our valued guests and we can deliver a 5 star experience. We will also be providing additional cleaning measures, hand sanitizers, optional face masks and disposable gloves for all of our guests.

How much is it for a passenger, I want join on the experience and not drive?

This is our most common question and we are happy to help.

All experiences are priced per person. All participants have the opportunity to drive as there are up to 10 checkpoints along our route where all drivers switch and rotate. If you want to purchase for 2 and the other cannot or does not want to drive, the benefit is that you will then receive double the driving time at the odd checkpoints. If you purchase for one seat you will be paired up with another paying guest and rotating at checkpoints with equal drive time.

This is similar to purchasing a ticket at a sporting event or concert as everyone has equal opportunity to drive on this experience.

 

If purchasing for two or adding a passenger, simply add 2 on the quantity for the book now or buy gift button.

What are the requirements?

Drivers must be 21 years or older with a valid G license, Int’l license or any valid drivers license from another country. There is a small pre-authorized security deposit that is fully refundable of $2500 per person on a Visa or MasterCard. This is not a charge, but simply a security and safety measure as our fleet is in excellent condition. Passengers not driving do not need a license or deposit.

Are the cars automatic or manual?

All cars can be set to fully F1 paddle shift or fully automatic. In the exotic car world, manual transmissions are considered an outdated technology. If you have ever driven a true paddle shift on a supercar you will totally get it!

 

What cars are on the 3 HR Supercar Experience?

Ultimate Exotics takes pride in offering new and upgraded cars each season. For 2019 we now have the Ferrari 458 Italia – Carbon Fibre Edition, McLaren 570S, Audi R8 V10 Plus, Mercedes AMG-GTS, Nissan GTR Black Edition, BMW i8 available on these experiences. The Lamborghini Huracan is not available on the 3 HR and is unlocked only on the 6 HR VIP Supercar Experience.  This experience runs 3-5 supercars of the listed above depending on group size. We do reserve the right to substitute cars due to maintenance.

Do I pick my own car, how does it work?

There is not need to select cars or additional steps required. The 3 HR Experience cars are already listed and we always provide our top cars available for every experience. You will get to drive all of the cars available on your experience which are the same cars majority of the time. There are rare times where we need to schedule a car for maintenance or provide unscheduled maintenance due to a leak or flat tire as an example.

If i book for 2, how do I ensure we will be paired together?

Most of our guests book in quantities of 2. As long as you redeem or book on the same experience date and time, we always ensure that pairs, couples or friends will be paired together.

Do I get to drive all the cars?

YES, you are guaranteed to drive every car on your specific event. We will rotate at equal checkpoints along the event. The 3-Hour Experience will include 3-5 exotics which are listed on the 3-Hour Page. The 3-Hour Experience does not include the Lamborghini. The Ferrari is my favourite, will I get to drive it?

Although very rare, we reserve the right to substitute cars under circumstances beyond our control. In the rare event, a specific car may be unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issue which we cannot predict. Ultimate Exotics has a fleet of exotics and will always make it our priority to ensure the best experience possible for our valued clients.

How fast can we drive?

The 3-Hour Experience offers a brisk pace.  This is one of our most popular experiences for many reasons – foremost being a complete exotic car experience. We will always do our best to guarantee an unforgettable event while maintaining a safe environment!

What happens if it rains?

Weather Policy: Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. All experiences will run rain or shine. If there is a condition that is deemed a threat to safety by Ultimate Exotics, another date will be provided free of charge. All the cars are equipped with performance tires for wet and dry conditions. We do not cancel any events due to forecasts in advance of the experience date.

How long is the experience?

Our 3-Hour Experiences are 3-hours. There is an organized itinerary of welcoming, registration, car tutorials and a safety debriefing that is required for all drivers on each experience. In car time will be at least 2+ hours. 

How many other drivers will be on the experience?

These experiences can accommodate up to 10 drivers. Every participant will always have equal opportunity to drive 3-5 cars depending on your specific event. If there are less than 6 booked for an event, we will still run the event and adjust the amount of cars to fit the group size.

What happens if the date doesn't fill up?

Under the circumstance your reserved date does not fully sell out, we will still run the event with as few as 3 cars! Nobody comes close to this level of service!

Because we own our exotic car fleet, you will always have the cars specified for your experience.

Is lunch included on this experience?

Lunch is not included on the 3-Hour as there is a limited amount of time. An afternoon meal is only available on the 6-Hour VIP Experience.

I have a group, can we get a deal?

YES, if you organize a group event of 10+ you qualify for corporate rates and exclusive luxury options. We specialize in corporate events and also offer groups rates to public that want to book in larger numbers to save money. The benefits for a group of 10+ is that you can pick your own exclusive date that will not be open to the public. We can also custom tailor an event for your group or team.

When are the experiences?

Majority of our 3-Hour Supercar Experiences are from 9am-12pm and 2-5pm. We also have a limited Twilight Experience from 6-9pm in the summer months! These experience can run multiple times per day on weekdays and weekends. See our book now section for all available experiences which is updated 24/7 in live time. These usually run from mid April to mid November each year depending on weather. We also offer gift certificates that will allow the recipient to book at their own convenience through our guy gift packages button.

I have a gift certificate, how do I book this experience?

Simply hover over our Redeem section on the heading on our website and you will get a drop down menu. Click on Redeem 3 HR Experience, enter your voucher and select your date of choice. 

What is the rescheduling and refund policy?

Re scheduling Policy: Once a date has been chosen, you can reschedule:
–  3 weeks prior to the date of the 3-Hour Experience. To reschedule, simply visit your booking confirmation email and click on “view/change booking” which is an orange box near the bottom of your email. 

Refund Policy: We offer a money back guarantee up to 7 days on all gift packages, no questions asked. After this period, all sales are final and not applicable for a refund as stated and agreed upon.  Experiences can also be transferred to a friend or family member.

Due to Covid-19 we are going above and beyond and extending all valid vouchers, another 12 months free or charge. 

I have an expired voucher, what can I do?

Dollar value vouchers to not expire. Experience vouchers are valid from one year of purchase. To keep raising the bar, we decided to offer a 30% fee on any expired vouchers as we want you to come out and have a great time!

Due to limited weather and supercars, our experiences are very rare and we can only sell a specific amount per season. If you cannot book your event that year, they are fully transferable.

How much is it for a passenger, can I bring someone with me?

All experiences are priced per seat/person. All participants have the opportunity to drive as there are 10-12 checkpoints along our route. If you want to purchase for 2 and the other cannot or does not want to drive, the benefit is that you or the driver will then receive double the driving time at the odd checkpoints. If you book or gift a single person, they will be paired up with another paying participant on the experience. Checkpoints 1,3,5,7,9 would be a driver and passenger switch. Checkpoints 2,4,6,8,10 would be car switches on a 5 car experience so everyone has full opportunity to drive and rotate in each supercar along the experience

How fast can we drive?

The Ultimate VIP Experience offers a very exciting and safe experience.  This is one of the most immersive experiences available for many reasons – foremost being a complete supercar experience. We also want to ensure the laws are being followed at all times and do not want to condone anything illegal. We will always do our best to guarantee an unforgettable event while maintaining a safe environment. We have a 5 star rating and have hosted over 20,000 guests. Our award winning experiences always deliver true excitement!

If I book for 2 people, how can I ensure we are paired together?

Most of our guests book in quantities of 2. As long as you redeem or book on the same experience date and time, we always ensure that pairs, couples or friends will be paired together.

 

How long is the experience?

Our Ultimate VIP Experiences is actually 6.5 hours in length. We have most weekends reserved exclusively for our VIP Excursions. This does not mean that we don't do VIP Corporate or Group events during the week, but our weekend days book quick, so Group events can be a great solution.

Is 6 Hours Long for an experience?

Time flies when you are having fun! From the feedback from over 20,000 guests we have never heard of this feeling long. This is our most popular experience and also have a nice gourmet lunch break with time to freshen up and soak up the bucket list VIP Experience.

Do I get to drive all the cars?

YES, you are guaranteed to drive every car listed on your specific event. We will rotate at equal checkpoints along the event. The 6-Hour VIP Experience will include 5 or 6 exotics which are listed on the 6-Hour Page. This list includes the Lamborghinis! Due to our ridged maintenance schedules, if a car is not available, Ultimate Exotics reserves the right to replace any car with a replacement at their own discretion.

Most of our experience dates are listed under our online booking system. You can view this by clicking "BOOK NOW". If there is a date in the future that does not show up, please call us and we will be happy to help.

Can I join the lunch, I'm not on the experience?

Yes! If you have a friend or family member on the experience and want to meet up at the lunch checkpoint we can accommodate you, this is very common. You would be responsible for your own bill. Please let us know at registration on the morning of the event so we can arrange additional seating in advance. You can take advantage of our VIP lunch menu!
